Provably fair means you never have to trust us blindly. The result of every case and upgrade is fixed by a cryptographic commitment made BEFORE you play — so it cannot be changed afterwards to cheat you, and you can check it yourself.

1) We generate a secret server seed and show you its SHA-256 hash up front. That hash is our locked-in promise.

2) Your play also uses a client seed and a nonce (a counter that increases each round).

3) The outcome is derived from (server seed + client seed + nonce). Because we committed to the hashed server seed in advance, we cannot swap the seed to change your result.

4) Whenever you want, you can rotate the seed: we reveal the old server seed, and you can hash it yourself to confirm it matches the hash we showed earlier — proving the past results were honest.

Odds are expressed as ticket ranges out of a fixed pool, and the house edge is the only thing baked into pricing — there is no secret switch that nudges a win away from you once the round is committed.
