NegevCase (“we”, “us”, the “site”) is an online case-opening and item-upgrade entertainment platform. The site is operated by its owner; a formal business registration (sole trader) is in progress and the full operator and contact details will be published here once available.

Until then you can reach us at any time through the in-app support chat.

Account data: your username, email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

Gameplay data: your balance, inventory, bets, case openings, upgrades and provably-fair seeds and history.

Payment data: crypto wallet addresses and transaction references needed to process deposits and withdrawals. Payments are handled by third-party processors; we do not store card numbers.

Technical data: IP address, browser/user-agent and cookies used to keep you signed in and to protect the service.

If you connect a Steam or Google account, we receive the basic public profile (identifier, display name and avatar) to link your login.

To run the service: sign-in, balances, gameplay, deposits and withdrawals.

To keep the platform fair and secure: fraud and multi-account detection, provably-fair record-keeping, and enforcing our Terms.

To communicate with you: email verification, password resets and important account notices.

To meet legal and anti-fraud obligations where applicable.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the payment and infrastructure providers needed to run the site, and where required by law.

We keep account and transaction data for as long as your account exists and as long as needed for security, accounting and legal reasons. Provably-fair records are kept so past results stay verifiable.

You can request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account. Some records may be retained where we are legally required to keep them. Contact us via support to make a request.

NegevCase is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
